Valerian and Magnesium as well as traditional herbs including Hops, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine and Ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese medicine.

- Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Ziziphus) extract dry conc. 250 mg equiv. dry seed 5 g
- Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract dry conc. 300 mg equiv. dry root 1.2 g
- Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract dry conc. 40 mg equiv. dry fruit 200 mg
