Blackmores Run Down Rescue is an advanced formula that relieves tiredness and feelings of weakness, and supports energy levels and immune system health.

Run Down Rescue is specially formulated with a blend of vitamins, minerals, plant and mushroom extracts. 

Each tablet includes herbs like Siberian ginseng and astragalus to relieve fatigue, feelings of weakness and support energy levels. 

Reishi Mushroom is added to reduce free radicals formed in the body and Vitamin C, selenium and zinc support immune system health.

Contains:

  • Astragalus membranaceus (astragalus) ext. dry conc. 200 mg equiv. to dry root 3 g (3000 mg)
  • Ganoderma lucidum (reishi mushroom) ext. dry conc. 37.5 mg equiv. to dry fruiting body 750 mg
  • Echinacea purpurea (echinacea) ext. dry conc. 125 mg equiv. to dry root 750 mg
  • Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian ginseng) ext. dry conc. 66.7 mg equiv. to dry root 1 g (1000 mg)
  • Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 250 mg - Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is a water-soluble antioxidant nutrient involved in many biological processes in the body. Vitamin C is found in a number of fruits and vegetables, great sources are capsicums, blackcurrants, oranges and strawberries.
  • Zinc amino acid chelate (zinc 15 mg) 75 mg - Zinc is an essential trace element that plays a role in every living cell in the body. There are also around 300 enzymes that need zinc for healthy function. Zinc containing foods include meat, eggs, seafood- especially oysters, whole grains and seeds.
  • Betacarotene 720 microgram - Betacarotene is a fat soluble antioxidant found in fruits and vegetables- particularly carrots. Also called provitamin A, betacarotene is converted into vitamin A in the body.
  • Selenomethionine (selenium 50 microgram) 124 microgram - Selenium is a trace element that acts a cofactor of antioxidant enzymes. Selenium makes it's way into the food chain through incorporation into plants from soil, leading to a variation in the amount of selenium in human adults around the world depending on the selenium content of the soils and crops in different locations. Selenium food sources include brewer's yeast, wheat germ, fish, seafood, Brazil nuts and garlic.
